About the product:
Can be added cold to creams and bases. Dosing 2-5g per one kg of dough or product.
Paste made from 100% natural ingredients, without preservatives, artificial colorings, or modified starches, with very economical dosing.
Ingredients:
Organic inverted sugar, organic lemon zest extract (18%), water, organic ground lemon zest (2%), organic vegetable fiber (inulin), thickeners: organic guar gum, xanthan gum.
Quality:
The product is packed in a practical plastic jar.
