• add flavorings to it – e.g. honey or fruit syrups
• use as a food coloring – for ice cream, desserts or drinks.

Clitoria Ternatea Butterfly Pea Tea – brewing method

To highlight the visual qualities of the tea, it is worth brewing it in a transparent teapot or glass mug.

• To prepare a cup of 250 ml of infusion, you only need 1 teaspoon of powder.
• Pour water over them at a temperature of approximately 90 °C.
• Wait 10-15 minutes for the drink to acquire color and aroma.

Royal Brand Matcha Blue Latte Recipe

Ingredients:

• 1 teaspoon of organic ground blue clitoria
• 1 teaspoon Royal Brand organic matcha powder
• 1 tablespoon Royal Brand vanilla extract
• 200 ml milk (can be plant-based)
• 1–2 teaspoons of honey (optional)
• 100 ml of hot water

Preparation method:

1. Matcha

Pour matcha powder into a bowl.

Add 50 ml of hot (but not boiling) water and stir vigorously with a whisk until the infusion is frothy and smooth.

2. Blue Clitoria

Pour the ground clitoria into the second bowl.

Pour 50 ml of hot water over it and mix thoroughly until the powder dissolves.

3. Heating the milk

Heat the milk in a saucepan over medium heat – do not bring to a boil.

4. Combining the ingredients

Pour the clitoria infusion into a tall glass or your favorite mug.

Then add the frothy matcha.

Slowly add the warm milk, stirring gently.

Finally, if you like, add honey and vanilla extract.

Serving:

Serve immediately. For extra flair, top with milk foam and a little matcha powder sprinkled on top.
