Sargol saffron is the world's most valuable spice and also the best type of saffron. It is cultivated in Iran / the region formerly known as Persia. It takes about 150 kg of flowers to produce just 1 kg of this saffron. It is characterized by an intense red color and a better taste than its counterparts from other countries.
SARGOL is the finest type of saffron because the yellow stems are trimmed, leaving only the best part of the flower's stigma.
