Fenugreek is an aromatic spice that has a slightly nutty and sweet taste. It is often used in Indian and Mediterranean cuisine, perfectly combining with meat and vegetable dishes, sauces and curry spices. Fenugreek also has health properties and can be used as an addition to salads and smoothies.

Smell: similar to the smell of celery and lovage, bittersweet.
