Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla – 8–19 cm pods, Grade I | Royal Brand

Vanilla beans

Moisture content: minimum 30%

Length: 8 - 19 cm (beans have a random length in the package)

Nice, thick beans with plenty of seeds. Even 5 to 7 mm thick!

Very good quality and high vanillin content!

The slightly higher price of these beans is due to their excellent quality and the masterful, lengthy preparation method on plantations in Madagascar in natural sunlight. No machines or chemicals were used to speed up the preparation process. Cheaper beans are usually prepared and fermented in steam ovens to save time and reduce the price. Our vanilla comes from the Sambava region of Madagascar, home to the most famous Bourbon vanilla plantations.

The vanilla comes from Madagascar from a fresh delivery. The vanilla beans we offer are of very high quality. The aroma and flavor are exceptional, far surpassing vanilla beans from Indonesia. The vanilla beans are whole, and their length ranges from 8 cm to 19 cm. Our vanilla beans have a moisture content of 30% - 35%, so they are fresh beans.  They are ideal for ice cream, traditional cooking, and baking. This is planifolia vanilla, also known as Madagascar Bourbon.

Uses: Ideal for making vanilla cream, producing liqueurs, grinding into powder, making vanilla extract, producing vanilla sugar, adding to ice cream, or traditional cooking and baking.

Madagascar Bourbon guarantees the high quality of our beans. They have a creamy, sweet, and velvety flavor. Madagascar is considered to produce the best vanilla essence in the world. Batches are delivered regularly, so the vanilla we use is always fresh.
