About the product:
Harissa is a spicy and aromatic mixture of spices from North Africa, ideal for Mediterranean dishes. It gives dishes an intense flavor and aroma, and its distinct sharpness goes perfectly with meats, vegetables, soups and sauces. Harissa can be used as a marinade, an addition to dishes, or a paste after mixing with olive oil.

Harissa is a spicy paste made from chili peppers, garlic, cumin and coriander, often with the addition of olive oil.
It may also contain tomatoes. It is a traditional addition to Tunisian and other Arab cuisine.
It is mostly sold in tubes and cans, and ours is dry, so to use it for snacks you need to add a little olive oil.
It is used mainly as an addition to pasta, sandwiches and soups, but also as a sauce, e.g. for kebabs.
With yogurt it can be used as a marinade for pork or chicken.
Ingredients:
chili, coriander, cumin, garlic, paprika, salt.
Quality:
Product in a plastic bag, sealed with a seal or in a doypack (as in the photo), marked with a label.
