The base is invert sugar, so the paste also adds sweetness, which should be taken into account in your recipe. It pairs well with apple, chocolate, vanilla, and other spice blends. The 1 kg package allows you to prepare subsequent batches of desserts with a measured portion of the additive. The paste form is convenient when you want to evenly combine the cinnamon composition with a creamy base.
