About the product:

Royal Brand Superior BIO ceremonial matcha is a Japanese green tea from the first spring harvest, sourced from the Shizuoka prefecture. For this variety, the youngest leaves are selected: the tip of the shoot with the two smallest leaves. The tea is ground in a traditional stone mill. It is a perfect choice for those who want to prepare matcha primarily with water and explore its taste without a milky or sweet base. The 1 kg package allows you to measure out portions for regular service. The Superior selection is based on verified leaf selection and the first harvest; you can adjust the intensity of the finished drink by the amount of powder and water used.
