Ingrédients : thé vert BIO gunpowder
Saveur : astringente, légèrement sucrée, douce.
Mode de préparation : pour obtenir une infusion douce, verser de l’eau à 70–80 °C et laisser infuser 3–4 minutes.
En l’infusant avec de l’eau bouillante, le thé sera plus fort et plus amer.
Propriétés : le thé Grunpower est un thé vert chinois dont le nom vient de son apparence et du bruit que font les feuilles lorsqu’on les arrose d’eau chaude.
Contient les vitamines C, B, K ainsi que les minéraux : fer, potassium, calcium et magnésium.
Les feuilles roulées gonflent et se déploient une fois recouvertes d’eau.
Ce thé est obtenu en faisant sécher les feuilles juste après la cueillette, ce qui lui permet de conserver ses précieux composants.
