Classic vanilla paste made from extract. It is ideal for confectionery purposes, artisanal ice cream production, and all products requiring vanilla.
Bourbon vanilla guarantees the high quality of the paste. It has a creamy, sweet, and velvety taste.
Batches are delivered on an ongoing basis, so the vanilla we use is always fresh.
Converted to grams, the energy value is approximately 2.4 kcal/g.
Glycemic index (GI): 35
Ingredients:
Inverted maltitol, bourbon vanilla extract (15%), water, ground vanilla pod with seeds (2%), thickener: locust bean gum.
