Can be added cold to creams and bases. Dosage 2-5% per kg of dough or product.
The paste is made from 100% natural ingredients, without preservatives, artificial colors, or modified starches, with a very economical dosage.
Ingredients:
Organic inverted sugar, organic orange peel extract (18%), water, organic ground orange peel (2%), organic vegetable fiber (inulin), thickeners: organic guar gum, xanthan gum.
