Our vanilla comes from Madagascar, Uganda, Papua New Guinea, and Mexico —countries renowned for their top-quality cultivation. It always comes from fresh deliveries , as we ensure that ground vanilla doesn't sit in storage, preserving its intense aroma and full flavor.
The highest quality in its natural form – ground vanilla is made from whole, carefully dried pods. While the drying process makes its intensity slightly milder compared to fresh pods, it still offers a rich, deep aroma and full vanilla flavor.
