The vanilla pods we offer are of very high quality, so the aroma and taste are at a very high level, significantly exceeding vanilla pods from Madagascar. Our vanilla pods have a moisture content of 20% -25%, which means that the vanillin is more concentrated in them and one kilogram contains much more pods than in the case of very wet vanilla. They are ideal for the production of tinctures, grinding into powder, producing vanilla extract, producing vanilla sugar, serving with ice cream or traditional cooking and baking. This type of vanilla is purchased from us by the largest European and Chinese plants.
