Dark, flexible vanilla pods have a rich, sweet aroma and a large number of tiny seeds. The product is vacuum-packed to better protect the aroma and moisture of the pods.

What does it go well with?

Ice cream, creams, puddings, cheesecakes, cakes, pancakes, dessert sauces, drinks, and homemade vanilla sugar and extract.

How to use?

Cut the pod lengthwise and scrape out the seeds with the blunt side of a knife. Add the seeds directly to the mixture, and use the empty pod to flavor milk, cream, or sugar. 1 pod is usually sufficient for 500 ml of liquid.

Storage: after opening, store tightly sealed in a dry and cool place, away from light.
