About the product:
Sargol saffron is the noblest variety of saffron, obtained exclusively from the red threads of crocus flowers (Crocus sativus). In its ground form, it retains its unique, intense aroma and deep, golden color, which gives dishes elegance and an unparalleled character.
Used for centuries in cuisines around the world - especially in Persian, Indian, Mediterranean, and Spanish cuisine. Ideal for rice dishes (e.g., paella, risotto), desserts, sauces, infusions, and baked goods. Just a touch is enough to transform the taste and appearance of a dish.
