Ready-to-use tonka bean paste without alcohol with an intense, sweet and spicy aroma. Convenient for creams, ice cream, baked goods, desserts, and sauces.
Key information
- net weight: 50 g
- form: thick paste
- alcohol-free
- packaging: glass jar
- tonka origin: South America
Ingredients
Invert sugar, sugar, tonka bean, thickener: tragacanth gum, vitamin C.
How to use?

Important: tonka beans naturally contain coumarin, so use sparingly as a flavoring.
