Batches are delivered continuously, so the vanilla we use is always fresh.

Inverted maltitol, Bourbon vanilla extract (15%), water, ground vanilla bean with seeds (2%), thickener: tragacanth gum.

We are the official sponsor of the Polish team competing in international competitions for the gelato industry (artisanal ice cream).

• The Gelato World Cup is a team competition (gelato maker + confectioner + chef + ice sculptor, with a team manager), and the finals take place at the SIGEP fair in Rimini (2026 edition).

Before the team goes to the final, there are selections (national/continental, e.g., Gelato Europe Cup).
