Innovative vanilla paste made from smoked vanilla extract. Excellent for confectionery purposes, artisanal ice cream production, and all products requiring vanilla.
Bourbon vanilla guarantees the high quality of the paste. It has a creamy, sweet, and velvety taste.
Batches are delivered continuously, so the vanilla we use is always fresh.
Ingredients:
Invert sugar, bourbon vanilla extract (15%), water, ground vanilla bean with seeds (2%), smoke concentrate, thickener: tragacanth gum.
