Madagascar Bourbon guarantees us high quality extract. It has a creamy, sweet and velvety taste. The best essential vanilla in the world comes from Madagascar and this extract is made from such vanilla. Batches are delivered on an ongoing basis, so the vanilla we use is always fresh.
