This is freshly harvested cinnamon tree bark, imported directly from the spice islands. Cinnamon trees are grown in countries such as Sri Lanka, Madagascar, and Mauritius, where they occur naturally, and their bark has the most noble flavor and aromatic qualities.

Our cinnamon is authentic Sri Lankan cinnamon with the highest parameters and best quality from the south of the island.
