Khmeli Suneli – Georgian spice blend

An herbal and spicy, slightly piquant composition that gives dishes a deeper aroma and a dry character. The blend contains salt, so it is best to add it gradually and taste the dish during cooking.

What to use it for?

For meats, stews, beans, eggplant, potatoes, sauces, and soups. It also goes well with khinkali filling and other dishes inspired by Georgian cuisine.

How to dose?

Add about 1–2 teaspoons per 500 g of ingredients. For dishes that are cooked for a long time, add some of the mixture halfway through cooking, and season the dish with the rest at the end.
