The highest quality vanilla extract sticks straight from Papua New Guinea. This is vanilla of the tahitensis species, the most valued variety in the world. The vanilla in sticks offered by us is of very high quality, so the aroma and taste are at a very high level, significantly exceeding vanilla sticks from Indonesia or Madagascar. Our vanilla sticks have a moisture content of 20% -25%, which means that the vanillin is more concentrated in them and one kilogram contains much more sticks than in the case of very wet vanilla. They are ideal for the production of tinctures, grinding into powder, the production of vanilla extract, the production of vanilla sugar, serving with ice cream or traditional cooking and baking. This type of vanilla is purchased from us by the largest European and Chinese plants.

Application: Perfect for making tinctures, grinding into powder, making vanilla extract, making vanilla sugar, adding to ice cream or for traditional cooking and baking.

As you can see in the photo the sticks are not wet on the outside and are dry
