Dark, flexible vanilla beans have a rich, sweet aroma and a large number of tiny seeds. The product is vacuum-packed to better protect the scent and moisture of the beans.

What is it suitable for?

For ice cream, creams, puddings, cheesecakes, cakes, pancakes, dessert sauces, beverages, and homemade vanilla sugar and extract.

How to use?

Cut the bean lengthwise and scrape out the seeds with the blunt side of a knife. Add the seeds directly to the mixture, and use the empty bean to flavor milk, cream, or sugar. For 500 ml of liquid, 1 bean is usually sufficient.

Storage: after opening, store tightly sealed in a dry, cool place, away from light.
