About the product:
Recommended for layering and decorating ice cream, creams, desserts, as well as for filling confectionery products.
Can be added cold to creams and bases. Dosage: 2-5g per one kg of dough or product mass.
The paste is made from 100% natural ingredients, without preservatives, artificial colorants, or modified starches, with a very economical dosage.
Ingredients:
Organic inverted sugar, organic orange peel extract (18%), water, organic ground orange peel (2%), organic vegetable fiber (inulin), thickeners: organic guar gum, xanthan gum.
Quality:
The product is packed in a practical plastic jar.
