About the product:
Recommended for layering and decorating ice cream, creams, desserts, as well as for filling confectionery products.
Can be added cold to creams and bases. Dosage 2-5% per kg of dough or product.
The paste is made from 100% natural ingredients, without preservatives, artificial colorants, or modified starches, with very economical dosing.
Ingredients:
BIO invert sugar, BIO orange peel extract (18%), water, BIO ground orange peel (2%), BIO vegetable fiber (inulin), thickeners: BIO guar gum, xanthan gum.
Quality:
The product is packed in a practical plastic jar.
Note! The color of the product may differ from that in the photos. This depends on annual harvests.
