Italian pistachios are the only ingredient in the product, which allows you to determine the sweetness and other additions to your dessert yourself. The 1 kg packaging is useful for regular use of the paste in a home kitchen or confectionery workshop. Proportions can be adjusted to a specific cream, ice cream base, or filling by evaluating the effect first on a small sample and then maintaining the chosen quantity in subsequent batches.
