✅️✅ This pepper undergoes a special drying and smoking process, which gives it a characteristic and intense flavour with a delicate note of smoke.
✅ In Spain, in the La Vera region, these peppers are carefully dried and then smoked over an oak fire.
✅️ The traditional method of production itself dates back to before the time of Columbus, when peppers were brought from America.
✅️ Pimentón de la Vera comes in three varieties: dulce (sweet), agridulce (mildly spicy) and picante (spicy).
✅ Thanks to its intense flavour and aroma, smoked paprika from Spain is often used to give dishes a distinctive flavour, such as the famous chorizo.
