The slightly higher price of these sticks is due to the excellent quality and masterful long method of preparation on plantations in Madagascar in natural sunlight. No machines or chemicals were used to speed up the process of preparing the sticks. Cheaper sticks are usually prepared and fermented in steam ovens to save time and reduce the price. Our vanilla comes from the Sambava region in Madagascar where the most famous Bourbon vanilla plantations are located.

Vanilla comes from Madagascar from a fresh delivery. The vanilla in sticks offered by us is of very high quality. The aroma and taste are at a very high level, significantly exceeding vanilla sticks from Indonesia. The vanilla sticks are whole and their length varies from 8 cm to 19 cm. Our vanilla sticks have a moisture content of 30% - 35%, so they are fresh sticks. They are ideal for ice cream, traditional cooking and baking. This is vanilla of the planifolia variety, also called Madagascar Bourbon.
