Iodine is one of the most important elements that are needed for the proper functioning of not only the human body. Plant biofortification is a production method that involves enriching plant material with minerals in order to improve the nutritional value of the final product. The nutrients that the plant receives from the environment during its growth pass into the basic human food, but this is often not enough. The body often develops the phenomenon of "latent hunger", we lack something in food. Iodine can be inhaled while being by the sea. You can also buy our liquid extract and add it to tea or water to absorb iodine. Plant biofortification is a method of growing plants that involves enriching plant raw materials with minerals in order to improve the nutritional value of the finished product. Enriching plants with iodine is our innovation developed together with scientists from the Warsaw University of Life Sciences and pharmacists. Thanks to this idea, the consumer has a tasty spice and at the same time iodine that has been naturally absorbed by the plant. Iodine deficiency causes hypothyroidism. The most important biologically active substance found in the herb of garden savory is essential oil (0.3-2%), consisting of over 40 components. Dosage 3 ml (8 drops) twice a day for 3 weeks.
