Characteristics of Vanilla tahitensis
Vanilla tahitensis is a species of vanilla with an exceptional, delicate aroma that differs from the more popular Vanilla planifolia. These vanilla beans range from 13 to 20 cm in length and are characterized by an intense scent with floral and fruity notes. Tahitian vanilla is known for its smooth texture and natural moisture, which makes it ideal for desserts and other culinary applications. The 1-kilogram package allows for convenient use by professionals and home cooks alike.
Use of Vanilla tahitensis in the kitchen
Vanilla tahitensis works perfectly as an ingredient in pastries, ice cream, creams, and drinks. Its deep yet subtle aroma enriches the taste of cakes and desserts, giving them a unique touch of the exotic. It can be used both in bean form and for preparing vanilla extract. Thanks to the natural moisture of Tahitian vanilla beans, they are easy to split and scrape for aromatic seeds that infuse dishes intensely and evenly.
Certificates and product quality
The Vanilla tahitensis offered in this product comes from trusted, organic farms where the harvesting and drying process follows the highest quality standards. Each bean is carefully selected to ensure maximum freshness and aroma for customers. The product is free from artificial additives and preservatives, making it an ideal choice for those who value natural and organic spices. The 1 kg package is also an attractive option for restaurants and confectioneries.
