Yuzu powder – ground peel from Japan

Yuzu powder – Japanese citrus in your kitchen

Royal Brand ground yuzu peel is 100% yuzu peel from Japan, ground into a very fine powder. It adds a distinct, citrus character to creams, baked goods, sauces, and marinades. Its fine texture makes it easy to measure and mix with other ingredients.

What can ground yuzu peel be used for?

  • Baked goods and desserts: for cakes, creams, icings, and cheesecake batters.
  • Sauces and dressings: for dishes that require the aroma of citrus peel.
  • Marinades and spice blends: for fish, meat, tofu, and vegetables, or for making your own yuzu salt.

Start with a small amount and adjust the portion according to the recipe and desired flavor. This is ground yuzu peel, not powdered juice — use it wherever you want the distinct character of citrus peel.
