About the product:
Recommended for making ice cream, creams, desserts, and for filling confectionery products.
Can be added cold to creams and bases. Dosing 2-5g per one kg of batter or product.
Paste made from 100% natural ingredients, without preservatives, artificial colorings, or modified starches, with very economical dosing.
Ingredients:
BIO invert sugar, BIO orange peel extract (18%), water, BIO ground orange peel (2%), BIO vegetable fiber (inulin), thickeners: BIO guar gum, xanthan gum.
Quality:
The product is packed in a practical plastic jar.
