The set is perfect for:
For meat, use Shawarma, Harissa, Baharat, or Ras el Hanout. Mix 1–2 teaspoons of the spice with oil, olive oil, or yogurt and marinate the meat before frying, baking, or grilling.
For hummus, olive oil, salads, and bread, use Za'atar or Sumac.
Cut chicken into strips, mix with oil and Shawarma or Harissa spice. Fry in a pan, serve in a tortilla with vegetables and yogurt sauce. Prepare hummus with Za'atar and Sumac as a side.
