Kakao Criollo

Its ready-to-use ground form allows you to season dishes without grating a whole nutmeg. Even a small addition creates a distinct aroma, making it suitable for both savory dishes and sweet creations with a spicy note. The package contains 500 g of the product.
What do you get?
- ✔ Ready-to-use ground nutmeg — convenient seasoning without the need for a grater.
- ✔ Warm, spicy aroma — goes well with milk-based sauces and potato dishes.
- ✔ Net weight 500 g — a larger supply for those who cook often with this spice.
Ingredients:
100% ground nutmeg.
Quality:
The product is labeled and shipped in a stand-up pouch (doypack) with a zip-lock closure (as shown in the picture) or in a food-grade plastic bag.
Expiry date: Long shelf life guaranteed.
How to use in the kitchen?
- Béchamel: stir a pinch into the finished sauce and taste.
- Purée: add a small portion while mixing the potatoes with other ingredients.
