About the product:
It can be added cold to creams and bases. Dosage 2-5 g per one kg of dough or product.
Paste made from 100% natural ingredients, without preservatives, artificial colorants, or modified starches, with very economical dosing.
Ingredients:
Organic inverted sugar, organic lemon zest extract (18%), water, organic ground lemon zest (2%), organic vegetable fiber (inulin), thickeners: organic guar gum, xanthan gum.

The product is packaged in a practical plastic jar.
