Royal Brand blood orange paste quickly enriches creams, baked goods, ice creams, and desserts with the characteristic taste of blood oranges. Its concentrated formula means that only a small amount of product is needed to achieve a clear effect.

It pairs well with dark and milk chocolate, vanilla, mascarpone, raspberries, cherries, and spices.

Ingredients

Invert sugar, blood orange extract, water, thickener: tragacanth gum.

The percentage of extract should be completed according to the final composition on the label.

The paste can be mixed before use. Natural differences in color or density between batches do not affect its intended use.
