Kakao Criollo

About the product:
Royal Brand dried garlic granules are small pieces of dried garlic for bread, marinades, soups, and potato dishes. This form allows for a visible texture of the spice while saving the effort of peeling and chopping fresh cloves. In moist dishes, the pieces gradually soften and release their garlic flavor during preparation. The package contains 500 g of the product.
What do you get?
- ✔ Granules — small pieces for dishes where texture matters as well.
- ✔ Dried garlic — ready to be mixed into a marinade or bread dough.
- ✔ Net weight 500 g — a larger supply for those who cook frequently with this spice.
Ingredients:
100% dried garlic granules.
Quality:
The product is labeled and shipped in a stand-up pouch with a zip-lock closure (as shown in the photo) or in a food-grade plastic bag.
Expiry date: A long shelf life is guaranteed.
How to use in the kitchen?
- Bread: add the granules to the dough or a topping before baking.
- Soup: add during cooking so the pieces have time to soften.
- Marinade: combine with a liquid base and other spices.
Take into account the time needed for the pieces to soften. For a cold dip, add in advance, mix, and let stand before serving.
Storage
Store in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight. After use, seal the package tightly and protect the contents from moisture.
Most frequent question
Is this garlic powder?
No. Granules have distinct small pieces. For a completely smooth sauce, ground garlic is a better fit.
