It allows you to introduce its citrus-herbal character to creams, ice cream, and baked goods without the need to prepare an infusion yourself. The base of the paste is invert sugar, so it is worth accounting for its quantity in the dessert's sweetness balance. The paste form makes it easy to weigh out and thoroughly combine with the mixture. The 1 kg package is intended for regular use of this flavor, including when preparing larger confectionery batches. It works well when you want to adjust the intensity of the additive on a small sample before preparing the entire recipe.
