About the product:
Can be added cold to creams and bases. Dosage 2-5 g per kg of dough or product.
Paste made from 100% natural ingredients, without preservatives, artificial colorings, or modified starches, with very economical dosing.
Ingredients:
Organic invert sugar, organic lemon zest extract (18%), water, organic ground lemon zest (2%), organic vegetable fiber (inulin), thickeners: organic guar gum, xanthan gum.
Quality:
The product is packaged in a practical plastic jar.
