Bourbon vanilla guarantees the high quality of the paste. It has a creamy, sweet, and velvety taste.
Batches are delivered continuously, so the vanilla we use is always fresh.
Converted to grams, the caloric value is approximately 2.4 kcal/g.

Ingredients:
Inverted maltitol, Bourbon vanilla extract (15%), water, ground vanilla bean with seeds (2%), thickener: tragacanth gum.

We are the official sponsor of the Polish team competing in international events for the gelato industry (artisanal ice cream).
- Gelato World Cup is a team competition (gelato maker + pastry chef + chef + ice sculptor, with a team manager), and the finals take place at the SIGEP fair in Rimini (2026 edition).
