Only a small amount is needed – the recommended dosage is 0.5–2 g per 1 kg of mixture.
Ube Royal Brand extract is a high-quality aromatic concentrate, created from natural Ube extract. Thanks to its intense formula, it imparts a deep Ube flavour and characteristic warm notes to dishes.
Perfect for baked goods, desserts, ice cream, sauces, as well as for layering creams and filling cakes. It can be added to cold mixtures as well as to baked goods.
