Bacche di vaniglia estrattiva della massima qualità direttamente dalla Papua Nuova Guinea. Si tratta di vaniglia della specie tahitensis, la varietà più pregiata al mondo. La vaniglia in bacche che proponiamo è di qualità molto elevata, perciò aroma e gusto sono di livello altissimo, nettamente superiore alle bacche di vaniglia provenienti da Indonesia o Madagascar. Le nostre bacche hanno un’umidità compresa tra il 20% e il 25%, il che rende la vanillina più concentrata e permette di avere molte più bacche in un chilo rispetto alla vaniglia molto umida. Sono ideali per la produzione di liquori, per essere macinate in polvere, per la produzione di estratto di vaniglia, di zucchero vanigliato, per servire con i gelati o per la cucina e la pasticceria tradizionali. Questo tipo di vaniglia è acquistato da noi dai maggiori stabilimenti europei e cinesi.
Utilizzo: Ideali per la produzione di liquori, per essere macinate in polvere, per la produzione di estratto di vaniglia, di zucchero vanigliato, per servire con i gelati o per la cucina e la pasticceria tradizionali.
