This blend utilizes leaves primarily from the first spring harvest with the addition of the second. Choose it for your daily matcha latte, smoothies, creams, or cakes when you need a larger quantity of tea. The 1 kg format is ideal for regular portioning in cafes or pastry shops. You can also prepare the powder with just water, adjusting the quantity and any additives to your own preference.

Application and usage:

Use one teaspoon of matcha per 250 ml of water at a temperature of 70–80°C and whisk vigorously. For lattes, first dissolve the powder thoroughly in a small amount of water, then combine with milk or a plant-based drink. Sifting the powder will help remove lumps.
