Chimichurri is a traditional Argentinian spice blend, ideal for meats, especially grilled dishes such as steaks, beef, and chicken. It is characterized by a fresh, herbal taste with a slight hint of spiciness, which enhances the flavor of the meat and gives it a unique character. Great for marinades and as a ready-made sauce when combined with olive oil and vinegar.
Sterilized product (quality control at every stage of production).
Excellent for Argentinian sauce, as hot as a tango. You can add a little olive oil and leave it in the fridge to "mingle". It pairs wonderfully with grilled meats, especially suitable for pork neck.
