About the product:

Sun-dried tomatoes are also spices. They are processed into juices, purees and concentrates. Rich in lycopene - an antioxidant that prevents cancer.

Lycopene is particularly absorbable for humans in combination with fat. That is why more of this compound will be absorbed in tomato sauce or salad with olive oil than in raw tomatoes.

Tomatoes contain, among others: sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium, manganese, iron, cobalt, copper, zinc, phosphorus, fluorine, chlorine, iodine, carotene, vitamins: K, B1, B2, B6, C, PP; acids: pantothenic, folic, oxalic; biotin. Sun-dried tomatoes have a special aroma and a multiplied amount of minerals and vitamins.
